I contacted Mrs Prabha on 12th Jun 2025. She patiently heard all my concerns and asked for profile review. She examined and gave voice record on whatsapp about my resume being unprofessional and gave an appointment after my repeated messages on 18 June. Suddenly on 17th June night at 9 PM she messaged her father was serious in Hospital and cancelled the appointment without rescheduling or any assurance. Uncertainty is understandable but there has to be accountability. While People come to counselor for issue they do not expect a counselor to create one. After two days of passage still no assurance. Not my recommendation. Not how a professional behaves.

Mrs. Prabha mam is the best career counsellor in chennai. I understood scopes of various career paths, as well as what would be required from me if I pursued them. All in all a very informative session.
